- A Management Trainee will have to attend a training period of 2 years and after the completion of this period will be posted as Administrative Officer (Scale 1) and will have to serve a probation period of 1 year. This period might be extended for a further period of 6 months.
- Candidates selected as Hindi Officer (Scale 1) will be on a probation period of 1 year. This might also be extended for a further period of 6 months.
- The selected candidates on both the posts will also have to give an Undertaking-cum-Guarentee Bond which gives a guarantee from them to serve the company for a period of 4 years.
