Salary 

The Agriculture Company of India offers handsome salaries to its employees. Upon selection, Management Trainee will be on probation for two years. After successful completion of training, the trainee shall be eligible for the post of Administrative Officer (Scale 1). This is subject to satisfactory work performance. The AIC AO & Hindi Officer salary is good and makes it a good option to choose as a career. The candidates will also be required to give an undertaking -cum-Guarantee Bond as decided by the company. In case they leave the company before the bond period they have to pay a certain amount to the company. The AIC Hindi Officer is also eligible to receive certain allowances while in the job along with the salary.

The Agriculture Insurance Company of India is a leading Crop Insurance Company and thus entails a wide variety of job positions, roles and responsibilities. Currently it has released vacancies for the posts of Management Trainee 

  • A Management Trainee will have to attend a training period of 2 years and after the completion of this period will be posted as Administrative Officer (Scale 1) and will have to serve a probation period of 1 year. This period might be extended for a further period of 6 months.
  • Candidates selected as Hindi Officer (Scale 1) will be on a probation period of 1 year. This might also be extended for a further period of 6 months.
  • The selected candidates on both the posts will also have to give an Undertaking-cum-Guarentee Bond which gives a guarantee from them to serve the company for a period of 4 years.

The basic pay of an AIC Management Trainee will be Rs 40,000 initially which will increase with the second year & a Hindi Officer will receive a basic pay of Rs 32, 795/- excluding the benefits. The total monthly salary will amount to Rs 65,000 per month.
