After qualifying for the IBPS SO Law Officer Prelims exam, you will be called for the IBPS Law Officer Mains exam. IBPS SO Mains exam pattern consists of four sections in part one and one section in part two. Part one is for 200 marks while part two is for 25 marks.
Part one will test aspirants in English Language , Reasoning, General Awareness, and Professional Knowledge which consists of 150 questions for 200 marks over 125 minutes.

If you qualify IBPS SO Law Officer Mains exam, you will be shortlisted for the Interview, and the scores obtained in the IBPS SO Law Officer Mains and Interview will be taken into consideration while making the final merit.

IBPS SO Law Officer Salary
Law Officers join at Specialist Officer – Scale I on a basic pay scale of ₹48,480, with annual increments of ₹2,000 for seven years (up to ₹62,480), ₹2,340 for the next two years (up to ₹67,160), and ₹2,680 for the final seven years (up to ₹85,920).
In addition to basic pay, they receive Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance and other perquisites as per the rules of the Participating Bank in force from time to time. Actual in-hand salary varies with the bank’s DA rate, HRA city classification and other allowances.
