NABARD Legal selection process for the Legal post consists of an online written examination in three stages: Phase 1, Phase 2, and a Psychometric Test, followed by the Interview.

The NABARD Phase 2 examination for the Legal post is again conducted in an online format, and it is exclusively administered to candidates who successfully surpass the Phase 1 cut-off.
