The NABARD Grade A Exam for 2025 was held on December 20, 2025 and Phase II on January 25, 2026. The Online Psychometric Test was held on March 07, 2026. The final interview was held on April 10, 2026.

- Go to the NABARD website and click ‘Career Notices’ on the top right corner of the website
- The Recruitment Notices and Appointment Letters will be displayed.
- Scroll down and find the highlighted button, ‘Click here to continue’.
- Now locate and click on "Recruitment To The Post Of Grade A – RDBS – List Of Selected Candidates.
- Click on the option ‘RDBS Select List.’
- A PDF will open with the roll numbers of all shortlisted candidates for the Interview Round
- Download the Final Result PDF and search for your roll number.
- You can also take a printout of the NABARD Grade A result for future reference.

The work profile of a NABARD Grade A Officer is as follows-
- You will be on probation for 2 years, which may be subjected to an extension of 1 more year.
- You will be designated Assistant Manager (AM) after you complete your probation.
- In the beginning, you will be required to carry out all kinds of basic job roles to understand the tasks and responsibilities of that particular position.
- You will also have to perform and carry out managerial tasks or any other duties that the senior may give you.
- You may also have to look after clerical work.
- You may be required to deal with policy-related matters of various central and state government programs related to Agriculture and Rural Development.
