• Go to the NABARD website and click ‘Career Notices’ on the top right corner of the website
• The  Recruitment Notices and Appointment Letters will be displayed.
• Scroll down and find the highlighted button, ‘Click here to continue’.
• Now locate and click on "Recruitment To The Post Of Grade A – RDBS – List Of Selected Candidates.
• Click on the option ‘RDBS Select List.’
• A PDF will open with the roll numbers of all shortlisted candidates for the Interview Round
• Download the Final Result PDF and search for your roll number.
• You can also take a printout of the NABARD Grade A result for future reference.

• You will be on probation for 2 years, which may be subjected to an extension of 1 more year.
• You will be designated Assistant Manager (AM) after you complete your probation.
• In the beginning, you will be required to carry out all kinds of basic job roles to understand the tasks and responsibilities of that particular position.
• You will also have to perform and carry out managerial tasks or any other duties that the senior may give you.
• You may also have to look after clerical work.
• You may be required to deal with policy-related matters of various central and state government programs related to Agriculture and Rural Development.
