IBPS PO Exam Language

The IBPS PO (Prelims + Mains) Exam gives the candidates a chance to choose their medium of exam between English and Hindi language, except in the test of English Language. All the other tests can be given in the candidates’ desired language. Also, IBPS exam interface gives you an option to view any particular question in a different medium apart from the one that has been selected in the starting. This option will also be available for all the tests as mentioned above, except the test of English Language.

IBPS PO Marking Scheme

IBPS follows a certain criteria when it comes to the marks allotted and the marks deducted when a candidate appears for the IBPS PO Exam. This particular marking scheme can also be considered as a part of the difficulty level of the exam. Every incorrect answer would cost 1/4th of the original marks allotted to the particular question. IBPS PO Job Profile

Once you cross all the stages and finally reach the phase of being a PO ( Probationary Officer), you are designated as an Assistant Manager (AM) and are supposed to be on a probation period of two years. In some of the banks, this period maybe of just 1 year. It is referred to as Junior Management Grade Scale - I, thus giving the designation of Scale - I Officer. The candidates will have to go through an induction programme held by the banks, which usually lasts for 10-20 days. Once this programme is over, the Scale-I Officers are liable to get posted anywhere across India. A PO is practically expected to be a multi-tasking person who is also responsible for :
