Delhi Police Constable Exam Pattern – Written Examination

Delhi Police Constable Exam is a computer Based Examination i.e. it is conducted online. Delhi Police Constable Exam is going to be held from November 27, 2021 to December 14, 2021. The time duration of the Delhi Police Constable exam is 90 minutes. Physical Endurance and Measurement Test

Those students who will qualify the Delhi Police Constable exam will have to go for the Physical Endurance and Measurement Test. PE&MT will be qualifying in nature. A Physical Endurance and Measurement Test is prescribed by SSC for Delhi Police Constable Post. The physical standard for male and female is different. You have to go through PET in which you have to undergo some tests like race, long jump and high jump. All the details are given below.

Physical Endurance for Male candidates

Male candidates have to undergo physical endurance test, details of which is given below this includes ex-serviceman which are required to undergo the PET.

Medical standard

All the qualified candidates have to undergo the medical examination which will be examined by any Medical officer. There are certain vision requirements prescribed by Delhi Police. For Complete details on this please refer to the table below:

  • The candidates should be in sound state of health, free from defect/ deformity/ disease, vision 6/12 without glasses both eyes, free from colour blindness and without any correction like wearing glasses or surgery of any kind to improve visual acuity. Free from defect, deformity or disease likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties. No relaxation is allowed/ permissible to any category of candidates on this count.
  • The selected candidates shall be medically examined by doctors in selected Government hospitals in Delhi as per the prescribed standards.
  • Tattoos on various parts of body are permissible as per the details given below:
    • Content - Tattoos depicting religious symbol or figure and the name, as followed in Indian Army, shall be permitted.
    • Location – Tattoos marked on traditional sites of the body like inner aspect of forearm, but only left forearm, being non saluting limb or dorsum of the hands shall be allowed.
    • Size – Size must be less than ¼ of the particular part (Elbow or Hand) of the body.

  • A Registration ID will be generated for Delhi Police Constable Exam. You are advised to save that number for future use.
  • You need to login with the login id (registration ID) and password to complete the registration process.
  • Now, you need to upload a photograph and signature as prescribed by SSC/Delhi Police.
  • Upload photograph: A photograph must not be more than three months old. The picture must be in JPEG format and must be in between 20kb to 50kb in size. The resolution of the photograph must be 3.5cm X 4.5cm in width and height respectively. Also, please note that the date on which the photograph has been taken should be printed on the photograph.
  • Login again with ID and password.
  • Preview the application form before submitting the form.

Delhi Police Constable Exam Admit Card

After the closure of application process, admit card for Delhi Police Constable exam is going to be released by SSC on the official website and Delhi Police Head Constable Admit card 2021 for Computer Based examination (CBT) will be released a few days before the exam.
