Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has released the notification for various posts in the state of Haryana. The HSSC Recruitment 2019 was recently released in the month of June. There are various posts in it including those of Clerk, Patwari Constable, JE, Sub Inspector and other vacancies that have been notified by Haryana SSC. These vacancies that have been announced will be filled up in various departments in the Haryana government. HSSC Exam Notification

The Staff Selection Commission of Haryana state has announced vacancies for various posts recently in the month of June. There are more than 15000 vacancies including all posts. The candidates who are interested can apply online for all the posts through the official website of HSSC. The dates for online application process may vary for different posts and so will the exam dates. The vacancies have been released for many posts like Clerk, Patwari, Constable, JE, Sub Inspector, Gram Sachiv etc. All candidates should visit the online portal for completing the application process accordingly. 

 

HSSC Exam Pattern

While you prepare for an exam, the first and foremost thing in the process should first be collecting all the information related to the exam. As the HSSC Recruitment 2019 Notification has been released long back, and therefore all the candidates who are interested in applying for the same should collect all information related to the exam pattern so that you can start your preparation for HSSC 2019 Recruitment Examination. 

HSSC Clerk Exam Pattern 

For the post of Clerk in HSSC Recruitment 2019 Examination, there will be an examination which can either be in offline or online mode. The selection process for HSSC Clerk 2019 will have two main steps: Written Examination which will be of 90 marks & Socio-Economic Criteria and Experience which will carry 10 marks. 

  • The examination will either be online (CBT) or OMR based. It will carry 90 marks which will include 75% weightage for General Awareness, Reasoning, Maths, Science, Computer,English, Hindi and the concerned subject as will be applicable. 
  • 25% weightage will be given to History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture of Haryana.
  • 10 marks will be allotted to the second part of the process: Socio-Economic Criteria & experience which will be allotted based on diff guidelines mentioned by HSSC in its official recruitment notification.

HSSC SI Exam Pattern  

The selection process for HSSC SI Recruitment 2019 will consist of an online/offline examination which will be a Knowledge Test with 80% weightage, a Physical Screening Test (PST) and a Physical Measurement Test (PMT).

  • Knowledge Test will carry 80 marks and will consist of 100 objective type questions carrying 0.80 marks for each question. The time duration will be 90 minutes and the questions will be in both English / Hindi.
  • The test will consist of questions from General Studies, General Science, Current Affairs, General Reasoning, Mental Aptitude, Numerical Ability, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, other relevant fields. The test will also carry at least 10 questions from Computer.

HSSC Constable & SI Physical Screening Test 

  • Candidates who qualify the Knowledge Test will go through the PST. It will be qualifying in nature and is supposed to test the physical fitness and endurance of the candidates. The prescribed standards are:

HSSC SI Physical Measurement Test

The candidates who are able to qualify the stage of Physical Screening Test will move forward to the next stage of selection process. All those candidates will have to go through the Physical Measurement Test. The candidates who are able to qualify this test will move further for Document verification.

HSSC Patwari Exam Pattern

  • The examination will either be online (CBT) or OMR based. It will carry 90 marks which will include 75% weightage for General Awareness, Reasoning, Maths, Science, Computer,English, Hindi and the concerned subject as will be applicable. 
  • 25% weightage will be given to History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture of Haryana.
  • 10 marks will be allotted to the second part of the process: Socio-Economic Criteria & experience which will be allotted based on diff guidelines mentioned by HSSC in its official recruitment notification. No one will be awarded more than 10 marks.

HSSC Eligibility Criteria

HSSC Exam Educational Qualification 

To apply for any one post in HSSC Recruitment 2019 Notification, a candidate should possess a basic educational qualification required to appear for the exam. The eligibility will differ for all the posts as mentioned below:

  • For HSSC Clerk post, the basic qualification required will be 12th Standard / 12th Standard with First Division / Graduation or its equivalent from a recognized Board/University. Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matriculation as one of the subject or Higher education with any of these subjects will be required.
  • For HSSC Patwari post, the minimum educational qualification will be Graduate/equivalent from a recognized University. Hindi/Sanskrit/Urdu upto Matriculation as one of the subject or Higher education with any of these subjects will be required. The candidates will also have to qualify the Patwar examination on the basis of syllabus after attending the Patwar School for at least 1 year and after passing, the candidate will undergo a training for 6 months as specified.
  • For HSSC Sub-Inspector, the minimum educational qualification required is Graduation from a recognized University or its equivalent. Matriculation with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subjects or higher education with the same will also be required.

HSSC Exam Age Relaxation 

Apart from the age criteria mentioned in the HSSC Recruitment 2019 Notification there is also a condition of age relaxation in the upper age limit for some categories among the candidates. The categories that will be eligible for age relaxation will be SC / BC / PwD / Ex-Servicemen etc.The period of relaxation in upper age limit will vary. The relaxation will apply for all the posts.

HSSC Exam Dates

HSSC Recruitment 2019 Notification released in June 2019. This implies that the notification for the posts started releasing from June 2019, although the dates of the releases differ for all the posts as the dates of application process too. 

  • For the post of Clerk the HSSC Recruitment 2019 Notification was released on 20th June and the application process commenced from 24th June which will go on till 8th July 2019. 
  • For the post of SI, the HSSC Recruitment 2019 Notification was released on 9th June 2019 and the last date for applying online was notified as 26th June 2019.
  • For the post of Patwari the HSSC Recruitment 2019 Notification was released on 12th June 2019 and the online application process ended on 28th June 2019. The fee submission also closed on 1st July 2019.

HSSC Salary

    • Sub-Inspector (Male): Rs 35,400- 11,2400 - Level-6.

HSSC How to Apply

Though the HSSC 2019 Recruitment Examination which consists of various posts, is not completely set to be conducted either online/offline, but the application for the exam is to be done only in online mode. The status of the mode of examination will be announced later by HSSC. There are few steps you need to follow while filling the application: 

  • Visit the official website of HSSC and the process can start using various urls that depend on which post you are applying for.
  • Candidates will have to fill in all the basic details like Name/Address etc correctly.
  • A Registration number and password will be generated. You can keep the print of the registration form for future reference.
  • Next step would be to upload the asked documents correctly based on the guidelines mentioned by HSSC.
  • You can keep a hard copy of the form with all these uploaded documents which will have to be produced at HSSC when called for.
  • No request for change in details will be entertained by HSSC. If you need to make changes, you will have to fill a fresh online application form and pay the fee again.
  • After filling up all the details in the form, the final step would be payment of fee which will be the final step. 
  • After completing the payment, you can finally take a print of the completed application form and the e-Challan also for further use.
  • All the submitted details will be checked at the time of scrutiny of documents.

The final step of application is the submission online application fee. No other mode of fee payment will be accepted by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission. The fee amount may also vary for different categories and some categories may also be exempted from the fees.

HSSC Exam Admit card

After successful application for HSSC Recruitment 2019 Examination, HSSC will release the admit card for all the posts a few days before the examination. The admit card will consist of complete information related to the date, time and place of the examination. The candidates will have to keep a check on the updated information on the official website of HSSC. As the examination process for all the examinations varies, therefore the date of the examination may also vary. Therefore the admit card release will also depend on the respective date of the exam.
