IFFCO AGT Selection Procedure 2024

You will have to undergo computer-based online examinations (Prelims and Mains) followed by a Personal Interview in the IFFCO AGT selection procedure. Thereafter, you will be medically examined as per IFFCO’s medical standards before final selection. Detailed IFFCO AGT selection procedure has been provided below. 

  • Phase 1- Preliminary Computer-Based Test
  • Phase 2- Mains Computer-Based Test
  • Phase 3- Personal Interview
  • Phase 4- Medical Examination 

Please note that eligible candidates will be required to appear for a preliminary Computer Based On-Line Test in an open environment by using their own resources, computer/laptop with internet facility.

IFFCO Prelims Exam Pattern 2024

Based on the past year's exam, the expected IFFCO Prelims exam pattern will consist of 150 questions. You have to solve the entire paper in 60 minutes. The sections that are expected to be asked in the exam are Agriculture, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General Awareness of Agriculture Scenario, National Economy, Panchayat Raj & Cooperative, Analytical Ability and Communication Skills. IFFCO Mains Exam Pattern 2024

The second stage of the IFFCO AGT selection process is the Mains exam which is further followed by a personal interview & medical examination. The IFFCO AGT Mains will have two parts and will consist of multiple choice based questions. Part A will consist of 100 questions on the related Technical discipline and Part B will consist of 50 questions based on General Aptitude (Analytical Ability, Test of Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General Awareness, Communication Skills). The candidates will be given a time duration of total 60 minutes to attempt the IFFCO AGT online exam.

IFFCO AGT Eligibility Criteria 2024

IFFCO has outlined the IFFCO AGT eligibility criteria 2024 in the official IFFCO AGT recruitment notification 2024. To ensure that your candidature is not cancelled at a later stage, it is essential to ensure that you meet the IFFCO AGT eligibility before you apply for the IFFCO AGT exam 2024.

Educational Qualifications

In order to apply for the post of Agriculture Graduate Trainee (AGT), here are the required qualifications that a candidate needs to fulfil.

  • Four Years B.Sc. (Agriculture) Full Time Regular Degree. Those candidates whose final semester results are expected by November 2023 can also apply.
  • General/OBC candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% marks and SC/ ST candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% marks in B.Sc (Agriculture) degree. Those candidates who have CGPA score in B.Sc (Agriculture) degree should convert into percentage while filling the application form.
  • The candidates who have passed B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree in the year 2020 and thereafter can only apply.
  • The above qualifications should be from the UGC recognized University/Institute.

  • You need to possess a B.Sc. (Agriculture) Degree- (Full Time Regular) with a minimum of 60% marks, for SC/ ST candidates; a minimum of 55% marks is required. Also, the degree should be from the UGC-recognized University/Institute.
  • Candidates who are in their final year and awaiting results by November 2024 can also apply.
  • Those candidates who have a CGPA score in B.Sc (Agriculture) degree should convert it into a percentage while filling out the application form.
  • Please note that the candidates who have passed B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree in the year 2020 and thereafter can only apply.

Age Limit (As on August 01, 2024)

IFFCO AGT Salary 2024 

Once you clear the IFFCO AGT selection procedure 2024, you will undergo training for a period of 1 year. As an IFFCO AGT 2024 you will get a salary or stipend of Rs. 33,300/- p.m.

Service Bond

Selected as an IFFCO AGT 2024, you need to sign a service bond of Rs. 80,000 if you belong to the General / OBC category.
