RBI Assistant Notification 2019-2020

RBI conducts an online examination for the post of ‘Assistant’. An RBI job is one of the most sought-after jobs in the banking sector. A bank job itself is a much sought-after job and RBI is the topmost organization when it comes to the banking industry. RBI Assistant Exam Pattern 2020

To crack the RBI Assistant Examination, you need to first get complete information about the exam, so that you have a good idea about what to expect in the exam and what to prepare. RBI Assistant 2020 Exam is expected to be conducted in two phases: Phase 1 (Prelims) & Phase 2 (Mains). There will not be any third stage of Interview as it is a clerical level post. RBI Assistant Phase 1 (Prelims) Exam Pattern 2020

Phase 1 or Prelims Exam of RBI Assistant 2020 exam is going to be an online objective test which will consist of three subjects: English Language, Numerical Ability & Reasoning Ability. It will consist of multiple-choice questions where the candidate will have to choose the correct answer.The preliminary examination pattern of RBI Assistant 2020 would consist a total of 100 questions to be attempted in One Hour. Candidates will have to be careful while choosing the answer options, as there will be negative marking. Below is the examination pattern of RBI Assistant Phase 1 (Prelims) 2020 exam:

RBI Assistant Phase 2 (Mains) Exam Pattern 2020

RBI Assistant 2020 Phase 2 (Mains) Exam will be an online objective test which will have multiple-choice questions. It is going to consist of five tests and those will be Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, English Language and Computer Knowledge. The number of questions as well as the total number of marks will be same i.e. 40 whereas the duration allotted to each section will vary. Candidates should have to answer the questions very carefully keeping negative marking in mind. The total time limit of 200 questions is 135 minutes. The total marks allotted for this exam will also be 200. Candidates should be able to attempt the maximum number of questions to attain a good score. RBI Assistant Language Proficiency Test

After both phases are over, selected candidates are expected to be called for the Language Proficiency Test in which the candidates have to read and write the official language of that particular state. RBI Assistant Exam Language

RBI is expected to conduct an online examination for the post of Assistant. The examination is going to be held in two phases. All the questions in both the phases will be available in both Hindi & English, except in the test of English Language. Candidates will have to select their default language before they start the exam. In case a candidate is unable to understand a question clearly in the default language chosen by him/her, the question can be viewed in another language from the drop-down menu available at the top right corner of the question page.

RBI Assistant Educational Criteria

The RBI Assistant Recruitment Notification 2020 has been released on the website so better to be prepared in advance to avoid any issues later. As soon as the notification for RBI Assistant 2020 Exam will be released, the registration process will start shortly. Before you start registering for the exam, you should ensure if you have the required educational qualification for the post. A candidate who is willing to apply for RBI Assistant 2020 needs to possess a minimum qualification of Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government with at least 50% marks. Candidates belongs to SC/ST/PWD are exempted from the percentile criteria. They just need to be graduate with no minimum percentage.   • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in the aggregate and the knowledge of word processing on PC
  • A candidate belonging to Ex-servicemen category (except dependents of ex-servicemen) should either be a graduate from a recognized University or should have passed the matriculation or its equivalent examination of the Armed Forces and rendered at least 15 years of defence service.
  • Candidates applying for post in a particular recruiting office should be proficient in the language (i.e. know to read, write, speak and understand the language) of the state/ any of the states falling under the recruiting office.

RBI Assistant Age Criteria (As on December 01, 2019)

Apart from the eligibility criteria that a candidate needs to follow while applying for RBI Assistant 2020 Exam, he/she also needs to follow age criteria. To be able to apply for RBI Assistant Exam, a candidate is expected not to be less than 20 years and not more than 28 years as on December 01, 2019. A candidate must not be earlier than December 02, 1991, and not later than December 01, 1999.

RBI Assistant 2020: How to Apply Online

A large number of candidates must be waiting for the RBI Assistant 2020 Notification, as now it is released in the official website of RBI, the registration process for the same has been started. It is advised to all the interested candidates that they should not wait till the last day and fill up their registration as soon as possible. The application process of RBI Assistant 2020 will be online and you need to follow some simple instructions for that, based on the previous years’ application process.

  • A candidate needs to visit the official website of RBI ie www.rbi.org.in
  • After that click on the New Registration tab and you will be directed to the online application form.
  • You need to fill in all the basic details in the first step.
  • The next step would be to upload the photograph and signature.
  • Guidance of Uploading the Photograph and Signature:
    • For the photograph, the size must be in between 20kb to 50kb.
    • The size of the signature is needed to be in between 10kb to 20kb.
  • After you save all these details, you need to fill in all the detailed information regarding your education,experience, etc.
  • Preview your form and save and move to the next step.
  • The final step would be submitting the application fee. The payment will be done in online mode.
  • Please save the Registration number as well as the password for future use. This number will be sent to you via email and SMS.

Unless the application fee for RBI Assistant 2020 Exam will be submitted online, the application will not be considered complete. Therefore, it is very necessary to submit the online application fee. RBI Assistant Exam Admit Card 2020

After the registration process for the RBI Assistant 2020 Exam will be completed, RBI will release the admit card for Preliminary Examination a few days before the exam. This admit card will contain all the details of the exam day, date, timing, roll number etc. Candidates can download their admit card from RBI’s official website. After the Phase 1, the admit card for RBI Assistant Phase 2 Exam will also be released in a similar manner a few days before the exam.

The Official Notification of RBI Assistant 2020 has been released on December 23, 2020. The candidates will come to know about the exam centres that will be allotted for the examination at the time of filling out the application from.
