ICAR IARI Exam Highlights

The ICAR- Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) recently released a notification announcing recruitment for the posts of Technician (T-1) under Direct Recruitment in ICAR Headquarters and Research Institutes. The official notification was released on December 18, 2021. The online application process commenced on December 18, 2021, and had to go on until January 10, 2022. It has now released the ICAR IARI Technician (T-1) exam dates. The ICAR IARI Technician (T-1) exam is scheduled to be conducted on July 7 and 8, 2024. There are a total of 641 vacancies, announced by ICAR. ICAR refers to the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. The rules issued by ICAR are followed when it comes to recruitment and holding the Computer Based Test (CBT) for the selection of candidates.

The ICAR-IARI has increased the Technician (T-1) vacancies from 641 to 802 to be filled in various Indian Agricultural Research Institutes & ICAR headquarters.

ICAR IARI Technician New Exam Dates Announced!!

On April 25, 2024, the ICAR-IARI has recently announced the new and updated examination dates for the ICAR Technician CBT. The Computer-Based Test is set to take place on July 7 and 8, 2024. ICAR IARI Technician Exam Cancelled

Important Update: On February 28, March 2, March 4, and March 5, 2022, in multiple locations around the country, ICAR-IARI Notification held an online exam (computer-based test) for the position of Technician. On June 13, 2022, the results of the candidates who had appeared were announced. 

However, anomalies have been found in the examination mentioned above. The aforementioned exam, which was held on February 28, March 2, March 4, and March 5, 2022, at various centres around the country, has been CANCELLED by the ICAR-competent IARI's authority in order to preserve the integrity of the exam. Also, it has been determined to only conduct re-examinations for candidates who showed up for the CBT exam, which was held on February 28, March 2, March 4, and March 5, in various shifts. The exam schedule will be made public in due time on the IARI website, and candidates will be informed of it.

The ICAR notification 2023 was released on December 18, 2021. There will be a Computer Based Test (CBT) and no Interview will be conducted. A total of 641 ICAR Technician vacancies were announced. ICAR IARI Technician Exam Pattern 

The Indian Agricultural Research Institute recruitment notification 2023 for the post of TECHNICIAN (T-1) has been released by ICAR. The IARI Technician exam pattern comprises of 

• Online Written examination 
• Document Verification

The online examination will be conducted for a period of one and a half hours. You will have to attempt the entire examination within the given time. ICAR IARI Technician Salary

IARI Technician (T-1) official notification 2021 has been released by IARI. There are 614 vacancies announced. After the selection, you will be paid a Level-3 pay scale as per the 7th pay commission. IARI is a central government job. As per the IARI official notification 2021, you will get around INR 2, 50,000/- per annum after the selection. The IARI Technician's salary in hand will be Rs 21,700 per month (approx). A Technician in ICAR-IARI will be on a probation period of one year from the date of joining. You will be entitled to various perks and allowances if appointed as IARI Technician (T-1).
