ICAR IARI Technician Salary

IARI Technician (T-1) official notification 2021 has been released by IARI. There are 614 vacancies announced. After the selection, you will be paid a Level-3 pay scale as per the 7th pay commission. IARI is a central government job.

As per the IARI official notification 2021, you will get around INR 2, 50,000/- per annum after the selection. The IARI Technician Salary In Hand is Rs 21,700 per month (approx). For a detailed IARI Technician Salary Structure, please refer to the table below.

ICAR IARI Technician Perks and Allowances

You will get several other allowances and perks other than a monthly salary and basic pay. Some of those perks and allowances are DA (Dearness Allowance), HRA (House Rent Allowance), TA (Transport Allowance), Compensation, and OTA (Overtime Allowance).

IARI Technician Training Period

• You will have to undergo a training period of one year which will be provided by the respective Institutes mentioned in the notification. After successful completion of the training period, you will get a certificate from the Director of the concerned Institute.
• During the training period, you would be called a “Technical Trainee”. 
• You may be allowed to avail Institute facilities like transport/ canteen/ dispensary/ library, etc while training as a Technical Trainee.
• You will not be entitled to any kind of leave during the Training period.
• Regular appointments against the post of Technician (T-1) will be done after the successful completion of the one-year training at the concerned Institute.
• The Training period may be extended by a maximum period of six months.
• In case you fail to complete the training successfully within the extended period of six months your regular appointment will be cancelled. 

If the candidates fail to complete the training successfully even for an extended period, they may not be considered for regular appointments.
