HTET Exam Notification

 

The Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) are a system of central government schools in India. HTET exam is conducted by Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) for categories of school teachers. The online application process for HTET exam has started from 19th November, 2018. Selection for the post will be through a country- wide competitive Test (Online Test). So, interested candidates can apply online for Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test on before the due date, i.e. 30th November, 2018.

Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens for the post of Elementary, Secondary and Senior Secondary Level.

Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria for the post. Candidates are advised to apply ONLY ONLINE through HTET website www.htet.nic.in.

HTET Admit Card

 

An eligible candidate should download his/her call letter from HTET official website i.e. http://htetonline.com w.e.f 20-12-2018 onwards and appear for the examination at the given Centre. In case of any discrepancy noticed in admit card regarding particulars of candidate, photograph, thumb impression and signature or any other information different/vary from confirmation page, he/she may immediately contact special exam cell of board between 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

HTET How to Apply

 

Application have to be submitted online from 19th November, 2018 to 30th November, 2018. No other mode of application will be accepted other online applications.

HTET Exam Pattern

Haryana Education board has conduct recruitment for the post of HTET, the most paramount and prestigious job to start your career. The entire recruitment process involves an online examination from a centre as allotted by Haryana Education Board. All stages of the examination are mandatory.

Candidates will be selected by HTET through a selection process consisting of an Online test followed by Interview. This exam will be held in two Phases:-

HTET Exam Syllabus

HTET Exam Eligibility Criteria

 

To apply for HTET an aspirant should meet various eligibility Criteria wrt to Education Qualification, Age Nationality, Number of attempts permissible etc. To know in detail about the topics/ Chapters which are covered under these subjects for Phases of HTET 2018-19 exams.

Level-I – For becoming Teacher for Classes I-V

 Level-2 – For becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)

iii) In case of B.Ed., Science as a teaching subject from a recognized university;

iv) Matric with Hindi/ Sanskrit or 10+2/ B.A/ M.A with Hindi as one of the subject.

TGT Mathematics: 

(i) B.A/ B.Sc/ B.Com with at least 50% marks in Mathematics as an elective subject and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2007 published on 31 August, 2009

 (ii) In case of B.Ed., Mathematics as a teaching subject from a recognized university;

(iii) Matric with Hindi/ Sanskrit or 10+2/ B.A/ M.A. with Hindi as one of the subject.

TGT English

(i) B.A with at least 50% marks in English as an elective subject and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2007 notified on 31 August, 2009.

(ii) In case of B.Ed, English as a teaching subject from a recognized university.

(iii) Matric with Hindi/ Sanskrit or 10+2/ B.A/ M.A with Hindi as one of the subject.

TGT Hindi

 (i) B.A. with at least 50% marks in Hindi as an elective subject and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2007 notified on 31 August, 2009

(ii) In case of B.Ed., Hindi as a teaching subject from a recognized university; (iii) Matric with Hindi/ Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subject.

TGT Sanskrit

(i) B.A. with at least 50% marks in Sanskrit as an elective subject and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2007 notified on 31 August, 2009 (ii) In case of B.Ed., Sanskrit as a teaching subject from a Recognized university

(iii) Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subject.

TGT Punjabi

(i) B.A. with at least 50% marks in Punjabi as an elective subject and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2007 published on 31 August, 2009

(ii) In case of B.Ed., Punjabi as teaching subject from a recognized university

(iii) Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subject.

TGT Urdu

 (i) B.A. with at least 50% marks in Urdu as an elective subject and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2007 published on 31
August, 2009

(ii) In case of B.Ed., Urdu as a teaching subject from a recognized university

(iii) Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subject

TGT Physical Education

(i) Graduation with Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or Diploma in Physical Education (D.P.Ed) or its equivalent from a recognized University

(ii) Matric with Hindi/ Sanskrit or 10+2/ B.A/ M.A with Hindi as one of the subject;

(i) B.Sc. Home Science and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education

(ii) In case of B.A., at least 50% marks in Home Science as one of the elective subject

(i) B.F.A./B.A. and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education

(ii) In case of B.A. Arts, at least 50% marks in Fine Art as an Elective subject

(iv) Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subject

HTET Qualifying Cut-Off

 

Being familiar with the exam pattern is important for appearing in any exam. Equally important is knowing the sectional and overall cut-offs of previous year, to plan preparation strategy for the current year. The HTET Cut-Off marks will be set by the HTET authority.
