    • The next step would be filling out the exam centres' preference list. You will be required to fill in 4 centres.

    • In the end, you will have to choose a preferred online payment method to submit the application fee for SBI PO. You can pay the fees through credit card/debit card / net banking and any other online mode.

    SBI PO Application Fee 

    The SBI PO 2025 application fee is ₹750 for candidates in the Unreserved, EWS, and OBC categories, while it is nil for SC, ST, and PwBD applicants.

    Once paid, the application fee is non-refundable and cannot be held in reserve for any other examination or selection process. Candidates should complete the fee payment online between June 24 and July 14, 2025 as part of the registration process.

    SBI PO Admit Card

    The SBI PO admit cards (call letters) for Pre-exam Training, Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, Psychometric Test, Group Exercise & Interview, and the accompanying “Acquaint Yourself Booklet” must be downloaded from SBI’s careers portal by entering your registration number and password (or date of birth). No hard copy will be sent by post.

    Preliminary Exam call letters will be available from the 3rd/4th week of July 2025 onwards, Main Exam call letters from August/September 2025, and Phase-III call letters from October/November 2025.

    On exam days, candidates must carry the printed admit card along with the specified proof of identity and other documents detailed in the “Acquaint Yourself Booklet.” For the Preliminary Exam, the call letter (with an authenticated copy of your ID proof) will be stamped at the venue; for the Main Exam, you must also present the original Preliminary Exam call letter with ID proof plus the Main Exam call letter.

    SBI PO Number of Attempts

    The SBI PO 2025 exam prescribes restrictions on the maximum number of Main-Exam attempts, counted from the examination held on April 18, 2010.

    Unreserved (UR) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates may appear in the Main Examination up to four times.

    UR/EWS candidates with a benchmark disability, as well as all OBC candidates (including OBC with benchmark disability), may attempt the Main Examination up to seven times.

    There is no restriction on the number of Main-Exam attempts for SC or ST candidates (including those with benchmark disabilities).

    Note that appearing in the Preliminary Examination does not count as a chance, whereas appearing in the Main Examination does count as one attempt.

    SBI PO Pre-exam Training

    The Bank will arrange free Pre-Examination Training (PET) in online mode for SC, ST, OBC and PwBD candidates.

    Eligible applicants must opt in by selecting the PET option in their online application and then log in to the SBI careers portal (using registration number and date of birth) to download the PET call letter.

    Call letters for PET will be available in July/August 2025 and the training will be conducted during the same period. Schedule details will be communicated via your registered email and SMS; no hard-copy letters will be issued.
