    SBI PO Psychometric Test, Group Discussion & Personal Interview

    If you are able to qualify for the SBI PO Mains 2024 exam, then you will be called for Phase 3, which comprises a Psychometric Test, Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) in the ratio of 3:1 with respect to the vacancies, where you will have to participate in group exercises and face an interview board.  Furthermore, the Bank will conduct a Psychometric Test for personality profiling to the candidates shortlisted for Phase 3.
