    RBI Assistant Manager Rajbhasha Educational Criteria

    Candidates must possess a second-class Master’s degree in Hindi or Hindi Translation, or a Master’s degree in English with Hindi as a subject, from a recognised university.

    A postgraduate diploma in translation (Hindi to English and vice versa) awarded by a UGC-recognised institution is also accepted as an equivalent qualification.

    Qualifications obtained through distance learning or correspondence are permissible provided the awarding university or institution is approved by the University Grants Commission.

    A minimum of 50 percent aggregate marks (or equivalent grade) in the required Master’s degree or diploma is mandatory, with relaxation in line with Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.

    Degrees from foreign universities will be considered only if accompanied by an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities.

    Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years of age as on 1 July 2025, which implies a date of birth between 2 July 1995 and 1 July 2004.
