Among these vacancies, there are 1198 positions available for Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) and 360 positions for Havaldar. You can apply for the SSC MTS 2024 recruitment till July 21, 2024. 

As per the official SSC recruitment notification for 2023, candidates interested in applying for these posts must meet certain age criteria. The minimum age limit for both MTS and Havaldar in CBN is 18 years, and the maximum age limit is 25 years. For Havaldar in CBIC and some MTS posts, the maximum age limit is 27 years. The selection process for these positions will be based on a computer-based test, followed by a physical efficiency test/physical standard test. SSC MTS Exam Dates 2024

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) had earlier released the comprehensive schedule for the SSC MTS 2024 exam, as part of the SSC Calendar 2024. An SSC Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff will hold a salary of Pay Level-1 as per the Pay Matrix of the 7th Pay Commission). It will be a General Central Service Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial post in various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India and various Constitutional Bodies/ Statutory Bodies/ Tribunals, etc. The SSC Havaldar will also draw a Pay Level-1 salary as per the Pay Matrix of the 7th Pay Commission. It is also a General Central Service Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial post in the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) and Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN) under the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance.
