SSC MTS Salary 2024
An SSC Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff will hold a salary of Pay Level-1 as per Pay Matrix of 7th Pay Commission). The Pay band of SSC MTS is 5200 - 20200 and the Grade Pay is of 1800 rupees. It will be a General Central Service Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial post in various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India and various Constitutional Bodies/ Statutory Bodies/ Tribunals, etc.
The SSC Havaldar will also draw a Pay Level-1 salary as per the Pay Matrix of the 7th Pay Commission. It is also a General Central Service Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial post in the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) and Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN) under the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance. Along with the salary, you will be given various perks and allowances.

Alternatively, there is also the possibility of a default promotion to UDC upon completing the stipulated term of service, provided the employee has demonstrated satisfactory performance.
