CWC Exam Notification 2024

The Central Warehousing Corporation of India released its notification on August 26 2024 for 153 vacancies on various profiles. It conducts an examination through which it selects eligible candidates under various categories of posts. The examination for CWC will be conducted online. CWC Exam Vacancy 2024

How To Apply Online for CWC Exam 2024

Aspirants are required to apply for the CWC Examination 2023 online mode only on the official website of Central Warehousing Corporation, i.e. www.cewacor.nic.in . You can only apply for the CWC exam from August 26 2023 to September 24 2023. We recommend you go through the whole notification before applying for the same. Below are the steps to how you can apply for the CWC Examination 2023 online: 

  • Go to the official website of the Central Warehousing Corporation of India. Click on ‘CAREER’ on ‘Direct Recruitment’ and opt for ‘CLICK HERE TO APPLY FOR ADVERTISEMENT NO. 2023/01” and the online Application form will appear after it. 

  • Once reaching there, fill up the form with the required details like Name, Contact Details like Email address, contact number, etc. After that, you will get the ‘Registration Number’ and password. You are required to log in via these credentials every time you log in to update or check your online application process. 
  • After entering all the required details correctly, ‘click on ‘SAVE AND NET’ to proceed with the application process. (You can modify these details later as a part of the editing process). This option is only available till the time you click on ‘COMPLETE REGISTRATION’. 
  • Validate your details and Save your application by clicking the 'Validate your details' and 'Save & Next' buttons. Ensure that all the necessary details are filled as per your 10th Class certificate and Marksheet. 
  • After validating all the necessary details, the candidate shall proceed with uploading their picture and scanned signature along with the written declaration.

  • The photograph must be in coloured and Passport-size format
  • The photograph size should not exceed 4.5cm × 3.5cm
  • The photograph file size should be between 20kb-50kb

  • The signature must be in plain paper with black ink
  • Left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink)
  • The signature should be between 10 KB - 20 KB, and the dimensions should be 140*60 pixels.

  • The Handwritten Declaration file should be between 20 and KB-50 KB and should only be in English Language. 
  • A hand-written declaration (on a white paper with black ink) (text given below)
  • “I, (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the
  • application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
  • The above-mentioned hand-written declaration has to be in the candidate’s handwriting and in English only. If it is written and uploaded by anybody else or in any other language, the application will be considered invalid.
  • After uploading the documents, you will have to fill in your other details in the next step, like educational qualifications, work experience and other details.
  • Click on ”SAVE AND NEXT", verify your details and then finally submit.
  • You can 'Preview' your application form before you click on 'Final Submit'. Please note that you will not be able to make any changes once you click on 'FINAL SUBMIT.’

CWC Exam Application Fee

Upon the completion of a successful application registration, candidates are required to finalize the CWC Exam recruitment process by making the necessary application fee payment. The payment of fees will exclusively be facilitated through the online mode. Detailed information regarding the application fees for the CWC Exam is outlined in the table provided below.

CWC Exam Admit Card

To obtain your CWC Exam call letter/Admit Card for different stages, you need to visit the official CWC website. The call letter will contain comprehensive information such as the schedule, venue details, and address. Remember to carry the call letter and an original photo identity proof, along with a photocopy, on the exam day.

Specifics like the exam center, venue address, applied post, examination date and time, and Interview/Document Verification details will be communicated through the respective Call Letters.

A qualified candidate must access their call letter from CWC's official website, www.cewacor.nic.in, using their Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth. No physical copies of the call letter or related documents will be dispatched via postal mail or courier.
