IBPS releases its notification every year to fill in the posts of PO and Clerk in various RRBs and PSBs. Continuing the tradition, it has released its tentative examination calendar for RRBs and PSBs timely, as it does each year. IBPS organizes ‘CWE’ (Common Written Exam) for RRBs to recruit staff in the Regional Rural Banks for the posts of both Officers ( Scale I, II & III) and Office Assistants and another CWE for recruitment in various PSBs – Public Sector Banks that are listed under it, for all the posts of PO, Clerk and SO.
There are few PSBs that also conduct the examination independently to fill in their vacancies.
IBPS has been very diligent and punctual with its exam dates, thus we can fully depend on this annual calendar that has been rolled out today.

As IBPS had released around 19,398 vacancies in 2018, so we can expect a similar or higher number this year too. However, your preparation should not get affected by the number of vacancies and you should stay optimistic and motivated to qualify the exam, irrespective of the higher / lower number of vacancies.
By releasing the notification well in time, IBPS has given an advantage to all the aspirants who have been trying hard to get into these esteemed organizations , since long.
