IDBI Assistant Manager 2019 exam is just around the corner. May 17, 2019, is the big day for you. The night before IDBI Assistant Manager exam may be stressful for you as you have studied and prepared hard for months. Regardless of how much hard work you put in while preparing for the exam, simple mistakes the night before the exam can hamper your performance on the day of the exam. These simple mistakes might make you feel anxious and stressed.

Here are seven mistakes you need to avoid the night before the exam:

  1. Change in Diet:

Do not drastically change your diet the night before the exam, however that doesn’t mean that you have to eat your routine food. You can have a meal you would have if you were celebrating and wanted to spoil yourself this will make you feel happy and give you a boost ready for the exam day.

  1. Do not be an All Nighters

You need to know that a good night’s sleep is very necessary a day before the exam. An all-nighter can put you at a serious disadvantage, instead when you’re tucked up in bed just have a quick read of the short notes you prepared. Then switch off and sleep.

  1. Avoid Intense Workouts

Yes, exercise helps in boosting up your energy levels, however intense workouts before the exam day can leave you tired, or can cause a physical strain. Opt a low-intense activity such as small walk/jog, yoga that makes you feel relaxed.

  1. Too Much Caffeine

Don’t overload yourself with too much caffeine; keep in mind that there is a big difference between one cup of coffee and five – or more. It is always better to drink more water than coffee or tea the day before the exam, however, you can just stick to what you and your body knows the best.

  1. Don’t Drain Your Brain

Guys, if you don’t know your stuff by now, you never will! Do not drain your brain the last minute, too much last minute cramming minutes before the exam, can send your brain into a spin. When you arrive at the exam hall, stop using your brain and just relax.

  1. Avoid Nervous Breakdowns

Avoid prying on how much have others prepared on the last day of the exam; this will make you feel stressed. Avoid panic attacks, instead, have faith in your preparation, look out for loopholes by yourself, work hard and give your best performance.

  1. Don’t Play for Time

You just cannot play for time, gather all the materials you’ll need for your test the next day. Pack Admit card, photo ID proof, photographs and all other documents needed into your backpack the night before so you can avoid last-minute searching and panic the next morning.
