NABARD Grade A IT Officer recruitment takes place in three stages- Prelims, Mains and Interview. But this year there are some major changes in the NABARD Grade A exam. The table below highlights all the new changes incorporated in this year notification.

NABARD Grade A- IT Officer Salary

If you are selected as an IT Officer in Grade A, your starting basic pay will be Rs.28150/- p.m excluding every perk and emoluments. Besides this, you will be eligible for Dearness, Local Compensatory, House Rent and Grade allowances. Your initial monthly gross emoluments will be approx Rs. 70,000/ p.m. Other perquisites that you will receive are-

  • Bank’s accommodation 
  • Reimbursement of expenses for official purposes 
  • Newspaper, internet, telephone charges and book grant expenses
  • Allowance for furnishing of residence
  • Free dispensary facility 
  • Reimbursement of medical expenses
  • Housing and Car loan facility 

The above listed facilities are just a few. You will get a lot more, once you join as an IT Officer in NABARD Grade A. Also, you will be eligible to be covered under New Pension Scheme in addition to the benefits of Gratuity and Optional Group Term Insurance Plan.
