The SSC CHSL Application fee for the Male candidates belonging to the General Category and EWS candidates is INR 100/-. However, women, SC/ST, PwBD, and ESM candidates are exempted from paying the Application fee for this exam. The Fee can be paid through only mode via UPI, Net Banking, Cards like MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards. If the fee payment is not completed, your candidature won’t be finalised. therefore, ensure you have good internet connectivity while making the application fee payment and have sufficient balance in your bank account.

2. Tier-2: Descriptive Paper

If you qualify Tier-1, you will be called for SSC CHSL Tier-2. The CHSL exam pattern for Tier-2 has been revised this year. The Tier-2 exam will be conducted in two sessions on the same day. Session 1 will comprise three Sections with objective type multiple choice questions. On the other hand in Session 2, a Skill Test/Typing Test will be conducted for the post of DEO and LDC/JSA. 3. Tier-3: Skill Test/Typing Test

The Tier-3 exam is a skill test or typing test, depending on the post applied for. Candidates are required to type a passage accurately within the given time limit. The typing speed should be 35 words per minute for English and 30 words per minute for Hindi.
