Total Capital of Om in 1 year = 9x × 3 + 4.5x × 9 = 27x +40.5x = 67.5x Total Capital of Jai in 1 year = 4x × 12 = 48x Total Capital of Jagdish in 1year = 8x × 12 = 96x Now, Om : Jai : Jagdish 67.5x : 48x : 96x According to the question, 67.5 + 48x + 96x = 8460 211.5x = 8460 x = 8460/211.5 = 40 Hence, Share of Om = 67.5 × 40 = Rs.2700
