      let the  Ratio of days is = 42 : 30 = 7 : 5 then Ratio of men will be  = 5 : 7 2 units = 10 1 unit = 5 5 units = 5 x 5 = 25 Therefore, (x) = 25 (x + 45) = 70 men Therefore, Number of days taken by (x + 45) men will be  = 25 x (42/70) = 15 days
