    Let the eating capacity of each soldier be 'x' units So, total food at the camp = (50 X 40 X 2 X x) = '4000x' units And food remaining after 20 days = 4000x - (20 X 40 X 2 X x) = '2400x' units So, required time = 2400x á (x X 1 X 80) = 30 days So, the food will last for a total of 30 + 20 = 50 days
