Solution

A is the starting point. He travels from A to B = 25 25m towards east. Then he turns 90° to his right and travels another 4 m it means that he will travel to the right straight and travels 4m reaches point C. From C he travels 25 m towards right and reaches point D. Clearly, he is in south direction with respect of original position.
