Question
A ranch has 70 horses, and there’s food to last for 6
days. If 14 more horses are added, then how many days will the food last?Solution
Let food lasts for 'T' days after including 14 more horses.
ATQ,
(70 × 6) = (70 + 14) × T
Or,
420 = 84 × T
T = 420 / 84 = 5
Therefore, food will last for 5 days after adding 14 more horses.
