Assume total work = LCM (18, 27) = 54 If the entire work is 54 units, Virat can complete 3 unit per day, and Sachin can complete 2 unit per days In 3 days, Virat completes 9 units and got Rs.2700 i.e. Rs.300 per unit. Remaining work = (54 – 9)unit = 45 unit ∴ Sachin earning = Rs.45 × 300 = Rs. 13500
