(3 × 8 = 24) days’ work = 43 × 8 = 344 units Remaining work = 360 – 344 = 16 units Work done by Amin in 9 days = (32+4) = 36 units Work done by Basha in 9 days = (72+9) = 81 units Remaining work = 16-(9+4) = 3 units Hence work done by Chaz (240+3) = 243 units Amin's remuneration = (36/360) x 240 = Rs 24, Basha's remuneration = 81 /360) × 240 = Rs 54 Chaz's remuneration = 243/ 360) × 240 = Rs 162.
