    Solution

    Laptops  do 30% of the work in 9 days, or 9 × 4 = 36 hours. So the rest of the (i.e., 70% of the work) can be done in, => (70 × 36)/30 = 84 hours This 84 hours of work has to be done in the remaining (16 – 9) = 7 days. Laptops  have to work (84/7) = 12 hours a day to complete the work in the planned time.
