    Efficiency Ratio = A : B = 160 : 100 = 8 : 5 Days Ratio = A : B = 5 : 8 B takes 32 days to complete a piece of work. => 8’s = 32 => 1’s = 4 => 5’s = 20 So A can complete the work in 20 days. Total units of work = 160 (LCM of 20,32) A = 8 unit B = 5 unit A and B worked for 5 days = 5 × (8+5) = 65 units Remaining work = 160 – 65 = 95 units Hence, A worked alone for = 95/8 days.
