IBPS RRB Scale 2 Interview
After the single online exam, candidates who score above the cut-off in the IBPS RRB Scale 2 recruitment will be called for an interview. The interview will be held for both General Banking Officer and Specialist Officer streams.
The interviews will be organized by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the support of NABARD and IBPS, and they will take place in January–February 2026. The exact date, time, and address of the venue will be given in the interview call letter, which candidates must download from the official IBPS website.
The interview carries 100 marks. To qualify, candidates need at least 40% marks in the interview. For candidates from SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD categories, the minimum score is 35%.
The final merit will be based on both the online exam and the interview, with a weightage of 80:20. This means 80% marks are taken from the online exam and 20% from the interview.
Candidates must carry all required documents in original and photocopy to the interview, such as proof of age, graduation degree, caste certificate (if applicable), disability certificate (if applicable), and proof of work experience for Specialist posts. Without valid documents, a candidate’s application may be cancelled.
IBPS RRB Scale 2 Exam Marking Scheme 2025
The IBPS RRB Scale 2 exam 2025 will be held online. The test includes multiple-choice questions. Each question has five options, and candidates must pick the right one.
For every right answer, candidates will get 1 mark (or the marks assigned to that question). For every wrong answer, one-fourth of the marks for that question will be cut as negative marking. If you skip a question and do not mark any option, no marks will be cut.
