    Let the H.C.F of two numbers be H.
    Then the two numbers will be 2H and 3H respectively.
    Now we know that product of two numbers is equal to the product of their HCF and LCM
    Let the L.C.M of two numbers be L.
    Hence, 2H X 3H = H X L
    => L = 6H
    => H:L = 1:6
