Document Verification/ Pre-recruitment Medical Test (For Executive Profile)

If you qualify the IDBI Bank online exam 2023-24 for the Executive profile, you will be called for the next stage, i.e. document verification and ‘pre-recruitment medical test’. Your final shortlisting shall be based on your score in an online test as well as being found medically fit in the pre-recruitment medical test. You need to produce all the documents asked by the authority in original. If you fail to do so, your candidature will be canceled, and you will not be eligible for the further recruitment process.

Note: Please note that the number of applicants called for document verification and pre-recruitment medical test will also be at the discretion of IDBI Bank.

Personal Interview (For IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Grade ‘O’ Profile)

Candidates meeting the Online Test score cutoff will be shortlisted based on vacancies for a personal interview. The interview score remains undisclosed until the final Merit List is drawn. The Bank, at its discretion, calls successful Online Test applicants for interviews. Candidates must attain minimum scores in each Online Test section and a total qualifying score.

Personal interviews carry 100 marks, with a minimum passing score of 50% (45% for specific categories). The final score combines Online Test and interview scores. Candidates must produce necessary documents during the interview; the absence results in cancellation.

Selection is contingent on qualifying in both OT and the interview, ranking high in the combined merit list. The selection formula is Final Score = 3/4 Online Test Score + 1/4 Interview Score. Medical fitness, per Bank standards, is essential for final selection, alongside meeting age and qualification criteria. The Bank holds no responsibility for separately sent documents. The final employment offer is based on the candidate's overall performance.

Marking Scheme

Each wrong answer will attract a penalty of one-fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question in the Online Test IDBI Bank exam. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
