    Solution

    All Reimbursement are Claim (A) + All Claim are Charge (A) → All Reimbursement are Charge (A). Hence conclusion I follows but conclusion III does not follow. All Claim are Charge (A) + No Charge is Fine (E) → No Claim is Fine (E). Hence conclusion II follows.
