      Solution

Only a few Terminal are Transistors → Some Terminal are Transistors (I) and Some Terminal are not Transistors (O). Hence conclusion II does not follow. No Chip is an Inductor (E) + Only a few Inductor are Transistors (I) → Some Transistors are not Chips (O*). Hence conclusion III follows.
