Solution

Some baby are children(I) + No children are bad(E) ⇒ Some baby are not bad(I). Hence conclusion I follows. No children are bad(E) ⇒ Conversion ⇒ Some bad are not children(O*). Hence conclusion II does not follow. All bad are baby(A) ⇒ Conversion⇒ Some baby are bad(I). Hence conclusion III does not follow.
