      Solution

Given that: Seven people P, Q, R, S, T, U and V were born on the same date of seven different years viz. 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2000. From statement I: Two people were born in between U and Q. T was born in 1999. Only one person was born between U and T. S was born immediately before U. So, we have two cases i.e.. We do not have proper information so statement I alone is not sufficient to answer. From statement II: Four people were born between V and R. P was born two years before the leap year but not in 1994. V was born immediately after Q. Three people were born between Q and P. So, we have, Clearly, Q is the oldest person.
