Solution

Ratio of P, Q, R and S is 1:2:5:6 respectively, According to the question,   ⇒ R = 2850 + 2x ⇒ 5x = 2850 + 2x ⇒ 3x = 2850 ⇒ x = 950 ⇒ Total amount of P and S together = 1x + 6x = 7x = 7 x 950 = Rs. 6650
