    Solution

    Let the quantity of three varieties of sugar in the new mixture be ‘3x’ kg, ‘2x’ kg, and ‘x’ kg respectively
    Let the price of the third variety of sugar be Rs. ‘y’/kg
    ATQ:
    (30 × 3x) + (45 × 2x) + (y × x) = 38 × (3x + 2x + x)
    Or, 90x + 90x + xy = 38 × 6x
    Or, 180x + xy = 228x
    Or, xy = 48x
    Or, y = 48
    So, the price of the third variety of sugar = Rs. 48/kg
