ATQ, Let the total quantity of solution be 7x litres. Alcohol = 7x × (5/7) = 5x litres Alcohol left after removing 25% = 5x × 0.75 = 3.75x litres Water = 7x - 3.75x = 3.25x litres So, required ratio = 3.75x : 3.25x = 15 : 13
