Total sale of store on Thursday by selling Levis T-shirts is Rs.27000. If per unit price of Puma T-shirts is 15% more than that of Levis T-shirts, then find the total sale of store by selling Puma T-shirts.

Solution

Number of Levis T-shirts sold on Thursday = 115 – 70 = 45 Per unit price of Levis T-shirts = 27000/45 = Rs.600 Per unit price of Puma T-shirts = 600 x (115/100) = Rs.690 Total sale of store by selling Puma T-shirts on Thursday = 690 x 70 = Rs.48,300
