      A 37 years Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
      B 24 years Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
      C 40 years Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
      D 32 years Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
      E 28 years Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

      Solution

      Let present age of A = (5x + 2) yrs And present age of B = (2x + 2) yrs C’s present age = (5x + 2) + (2x + 2) = (7x + 4) yrs According to question, => (5x + 2) + (2x + 2) + (7x + 4) = 64 => 14x + 8 = 64 => 14x = 56 => x = 4 Therefore the present age of C = (7x + 4) = 32 years
