Either S or T lives on the topmost floor. Thus, data given in statement I alone is not sufficient. From statement II alone, X lives four floors above Z. Only V and W live below Z. Y lives two floors above S. Neither U nor W live on an even numbered floor. We get:
Either Y or T lives on the topmost floor. Thus, data given in statement II alone, is not sufficient. From statement III alone, T lives one floor above X, who lives on a prime numbered floor. S lives four floors below T. V lives one floors above W. V lives on a prime numbered floor. Only two persons live between Z and Y. We get:
T lives on the topmost floor. Thus, data given in statement III alone is sufficient. So, data given in only statement III alone is sufficient to answer the question.
