      Relative speed of policeman w.r.t thief = 18 - 15 = 3 km/h

      Initial distance between thief and policeman = 600 m

      Total distance diminished between them in 10 min = 3 ร— (10/60) ร— 1000 = 500 m
      Hence, distance between them after 10 min = 600 - 500 = 100 m
