    I. 3q² -29q +18 = 0 3q² - 2q – 27 q +18 = 0 ⟹ q (3q – 2) - 9 (3q- 2) = 0 ⟹ (3q - 2) (q - 9) = 0 ⟹ q= 9,  2/3 II.9p² - 4 = 0 ⟹ P² = 4/9 ⟹ p= ±2/3 ∴ p≤q
