Let income of Mukesh be Rs. '100m' Income of Suresh = 1.3 X 100m = Rs. '130m' Expenditure of Mukesh = 0.8 X 100m = Rs. 80m Expenditure of Suresh = 0.6 X 130m = '78m' Savings of Suresh = 130m - 78m = 52m So, 52m = 6,500 Or, 'm' = 125 Therefore, savings of Mukesh = 100m - 80m = 20 X 125 = Rs. 2,500
