C 6:5 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D 8:9 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
E 9:7 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

      Solution

      Quantity of milk in 200 ml of mixture A = 5/8 ร— 200 = 125 ml
      Quantity of water in 200 ml of mixture A = 3/8 ร— 200 = 75 ml
      Quantity of milk in 200 ml of mixture B = 2/8 ร— 200 = 50 ml
      Quantity of water in 200 ml of mixture B = 6/8 ร— 200 = 150 ml
      Desired Ratio = (125 + 50):(75 + 150) = 175:225 = 7:9
