    Initially, Quantity of milk in the mixture = 80 × (5/8) = 50 litres Quantity of water in the mixture = 80 – 50 = 30 litres According to the question, 1.40 × (30 + 25) = 50 + x + 4 => 77 = 54 + x => x = 23
